We are a Limited Company promoted by a group of highly professional persons, each having achieved excellence in their own fields. Each person brings their own unique expertise to meet the needs of our varied clients.

We strongly believe in renewable sources of energy and are proud to present our latest venture, namely, a Baggass (sugarcane Waste + Coal) based 35 MW co-gen power plant at Mahagaon in Yeotmal district in the State of Maharashtra, India.

The idea behind this project is to strengthen the agrarian economy by integrating agriproduct and technology to produce power thereby providing economic empowerment to the farmers.

The company has completed the following tasks til date:

1. Incorporation of the Company
2. Acquisition of 207 acres of Land
3. Registration with Sales Tax Dept.
4. In Principle Financial Assistance Approval from Govt. of India Enterprise, "IREDA" (Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited)
5. Entrepreneurial Assistance Unit acknowledgement by Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Co-Gen of Power, Ethanol, Sugar
6. Signing of Power Purchase Agreement (P.P.A.) with State Government
7. Clearances from Pollution Control Board
8. NOC from Local Body and the Commissioner of Sugar

The company till date has invested 200 million on this project and a further investment of 1900 million would be done though an equity partnership for installation and commissioning of this C0-Gen Power project.

The return on investment on this project is more than 20 %.

What we seek at this juncture is a latest technology equipment supplier who would be interested in working with us as a technology partner or in a JV for timely completion of the project.
